Technology Transformation

We played a key role in a dynamic health tech start-up with wide scoping ambitions to be world leading in delivering safer and more efficient surgical services using an open registry approach to data acquisition and analysis. We led on implementation of organisational governance processes, patient safety and patient and public engagement (PPIE). We brought clinical knowledge and an understanding of the wider sector to influence the strategic direction of the organisation, worked with with multinational medical device manufacturers to resolve problems with real-world evidence generation, and brought insight from PPIE into considerations of how to deliver safer surgical services and address the NHS Net Zero goals.
