We supported as the CMO in a private primary care service providing affordable and convenient healthcare to individuals through digital connectivity. We delivered a streamlined clinical governance process; a robust performance management system, integrated with the NHS appraisal system; and standardised expectations for treatment of common presentations based on national guidelines. We took the organisation successfully through their first CQC inspection, and worked with the founders to develop the clinical and corporate service offering to increase their reach within a busy market.
