We supported Healthcare UK’s (Dept. for International Trade) capacity development specifically relating to the China market and supporting in LATAM and MEA regions, responsible for delivering £350 million in export revenue. We use my broad health systems knowledge to bridge the gap between UK suppliers and international government or buyer organisations. For example, by leading trade missions to China, introducing UK healthcare and life sciences subsector organisations to relevant international opportunities. We advised on organisational development and strategy, acted as a representative of the British government, and sought to promote the best standards of healthcare internationally.
