We implemented a full clinical governance system for an organisation developing a non-pharmacological delivery model for the management of dementia. We embedded a continuous improvement culture including developing a robust clinical governance framework whilst they transformed from small scale resource intensive delivery to remote management and empowerment of individuals and families.
